On 1 December the registration for the International Photo Festival Leiden 2020 was closed. We are
proud that more than a hundred professional photographers from all over Europe have submitted
their work! The Netherlands is well represented, closely followed by Germany, Belgium and Great
Britain. We also received registrations from Sweden, Spain, Italy, the Czech Republic and Hungary.
In January, the expert jury chaired by Philippien Noordam will make a ‘blind’ judging of the submitted
work. This means that the jury will select the photos without knowing which photos belong to which
photographer. The jury selects 20 photographers and the winner of IPFL 2020.
